Adding a second monitor

Modified on Thu, Aug 29, 2024 at 3:02 PM

By default, the remote computer has (1) monitor connected. Please follow the instructions below if you'd like to use a second monitor.

1. Connect to the remote computer.

2. On your home computer's Jump Desktop app select -> Displays -> Virtual Displays -> select the TOTAL monitors you want to utilize on the remote system. This should be "2".

Mac

PC

While a 3rd monitor is possible, note that the performance will have high lag and poor visual quality. If a 3rd

monitor is necessary, please have your post-super reach out to your MPE account representative.

**Virtual Display is only supported on home systems with OSX 10.14 or newer, as well as Windows 10 and 11.

***MacOS Mojave and earlier are not supported. Please contact support for an alternative.
