By default, the remote computer has (1) monitor connected. Please follow the instructions below if you'd like to use a second monitor.
1. Connect to the remote computer.
2. On your home computer's Jump Desktop app select -> Displays -> Virtual Displays -> select the TOTAL monitors you want to utilize on the remote system. This should be "2".

While a 3rd monitor is possible, note that the performance will have high lag and poor visual quality. If a 3rd
monitor is necessary, please have your post-super reach out to your MPE account representative.
**Virtual Display is only supported on home systems with OSX 10.14 or newer, as well as Windows 10 and 11.
***MacOS Mojave and earlier are not supported. Please contact support for an alternative.
