Mac zCentral dual-display configuration

1. Open the OS X System Prerferences. Menu bar -> System Preferences... 

 


 

 


 

2. Select "Mission Control"

 

 


3. DISABLE "Displays have separate Spaces" by removing the checkmark. You will need to reboot your computer.

 

 


 

*After reboot, login to the Cisco AnyConnect app before continuing to step #4.

 


 

4. Start the HP zCentral application.

 


 

5. In the Menu bar, select "Preferences... "

 

 


 

6. In "Connection", select "Set Sender display(s) to match Receiver display(s)".(You must not be connected to the remote system when applying this setting)

 

 


 

7. Close the settings window and connect.

 


 

Note that this will work for standard resolutions and aspect ratios. If you have more than 2 displays or non-standard resolution (i.e. 5K) or aspect ratio (ultra-wide), please contact support for further assistance.
