1. Download the installer HERE.
2. Open the Zip file. It contains 2 folders. One for Mac and another for Windows.
3. Select the appropriate folder for your personal computer at home.
4. Run the installers for AnyConnect and Jump Desktop.
Please note that you only need "AnyConnect VPN". It is highly recommended that you do NOT install the other applets from the Cisco package.
5. In your invitation email, click the link that starts with "https://app.jumpdesktop.com/.... "
6. Accept the invite
7. Create an account using the email address the email invite was sent to.
If you want to use a different email or you already have an existing Jump account you want to associate, reply to the email and request a new invite.
8. Open the Cisco AnyConnect app
Mac = Macintosh HD / Applications / Cisco / Cisco AnyConnect Client
Windows = Start / All Programs / Cisco / Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
9a. Open the Cisco AnyConnect app. Open the Cisco Preference window and UNCHECK the "Block connections to untrusted servers" box.
9b. Type the address found in your invite email and click "Connect"
10. Your Cisco group, username, and password are in the invitation email. Click "OK" once you have indicated all 3 lines.
11. Open the Jump Desktop application.
Mac = Macintosh HD / Applications / Jump Desktop
Windows = C:\Program Files (x86)\Phase Five Systems\Jump Desktop\JumpClient.exe
12. Sign in. It will prompt you to sign in via a web browser. Use the credentials you created in step #7.
13. Double click the assigned computer.
14. The invite email will contain the computer username and password.
In the future, you only need to take steps #8 to #14.
