Connecting to a NAS

For Mac users:


1. At the Finder level, press Command (⌘) + K

    Or in Finder -> Go -> Connect to Server




2. Type the IP address of the NAS. It should begin with "smb://"




3. Enter your username and password.



4. Select the proper volume and click Connect





For Windows users:



1. Open an Explorer window


2. Click "Map network drive"



3. Select an available drive letter


4. Type the IP address of the NAS followed by the folder name. The pattern is:

\\IP address\folder name





3. Enter your NAS username and password
