1. All drive shipment, connecting, and unmounting requests must go through our ticket system. The link to the ticket system is below:
2. The drives must be physically labeled with the same name as it appears on the OS.

3. Each drive must come with its own power and data cables. A USB 3 drive is highly recommended.
4. Please provide a contact person (name, email, and phone) in case we have questions regarding the drive.
5. The user must eject the drive before requesting to disconnect it physically. Instructions on how to eject a drive can be found HERE.
6. To return a drive from MPE back to the client, fill out the same drive-request form and contact your MPE account manager.
7. We do not support camera cards (SDHC, CF Express, micro SD, etc.). If received, they will be set aside until a return request is sent.
